Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, processing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding safety and security standards.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of safety for customers, team members, and products.
• Complete customer transactions and handle payments accurately.
• Monitor fueling pumps to prevent misuse and ensure customer safety.
• Maintain shelf organization and assist with stocking duties as needed.
• Keep the store and kitchen area clean and adhere to sanitation regulations.
• Adhere to all state and local laws related to sales and coupons.
• Assist in maintaining store security.

Starting Rate of Pay

$15.00 per hour
