We are looking for a talentedPartner Account Director with a background in selling supply chain management software, logistics software, or warehouse management software to help us build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise and partner accounts. The Partner Account Director will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our strategic partners, which both resell and implement our solution. With a key responsibility to drive commercial sales growth within our partner ecosystem overall. This individual will be responsible for managing relationships, driving engagement, expanding our network, and ensuring the success of our partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Supply Chain software ecosystem, including WMS, TMS, ERP.
Job Duties:
- Drive Partners to exceed sales and service goals, delivering the annual partner sales revenue plan
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand our partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and strategies to achieve shared goals.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless partner integration.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations to educate partners on our products and services.
- Play a supporting role in managing partner resources to optimize their engagement and success.
- Assist in the development and implementation of commercial training programs for partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of partner sales and marketing programs and initiatives
Ideal Background:
- 5+ years of experience selling supply chain management software, warehouse management software, or logistics software
- Deep industry knowledge within supply chain management, warehouse management, or logistics
- Experience selling into enterprise level accounts
- Experience navigating a 6-9 month sales cycles within enterprise accounts
- Strong relationship building and consulting skills
- Desire to work in a fast paced start-up environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
