The Role:

Cloud Coach is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our global sales efforts and drive consistent and efficient revenue growth. In this role, you will guide our sales team and help continue our mission of providing enterprise-level project management solutions to global companies.


How You’ll Make an Impact:

As a Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our growing sales team, setting strategies, and managing execution to meet and exceed revenue goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, your leadership will ensure our continued growth and success at Cloud Coach.

  • Hire, lead and develop a high-performing global sales team.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of revenue targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to develop and execute cohesive go-to-market strategies.
  • Co-selling and collaborating with Channel and Partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring a consultative sales approach. Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring timely deal closures.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the executive team to refine strategies.
  • Facilitate a strong, consistent feedback loop to sales leadership, product and marketing
  • Drive a collaborative and supportive culture of growth and accountability


Required Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for a proven sales leader with a strong background in SaaS sales and team management. This role is well-suited for someone with a customer-first approach and a strong focus on execution.

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally in enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a growth-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align sales strategies with company-wide objectives.
  • Hybrid work environment - Ideally located in Denver or the Fort Collins area.
