Position: Full time (37.5hr Brighton), permanent

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Delegate Sales Executive for you!

Rethink Events, part of the William Reed Group, is a fast-growing company specialising in international business conferences focused on sustainability and innovation in the food, agtech, materials, and water sectors. Known for delivering major global events, Rethink’s summits take place in San Francisco, Singapore, Sao Paulo, Chicago, Dubai, Mexico City and London.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Following up new business leads and enquiries.
  • Identifying and account managing past multi-buyers and key customers.
  • Building, operating and maintaining our sales database.
  • Working closely with the marketing, business development, research, and operations teams.
  • Helping with the running of both live and virtual events.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
  • An inquisitive mindset and a passion for sustainability.
  • An international outlook and interest in current affairs.
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Office.
  • Track record of high achievement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating both confidence and professionalism.
  • B2B phone sales experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience using Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
  • Additional languages, for example Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent academics. A degree preferred but not essential.
