Director of Leasing
A major property management company is looking for a Director of Leasing to join the leadership team at their corporate office in Chicago, IL. The Leasing Director will lead and manage day-to-day leasing operations across a diverse portfolio, working closely with senior leadership to drive performance and meet leasing goals.

This position is expected to increase occupancy by cold calling, prospecting, relationship building, and managing a field team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Directly manage and coach leasing agents, setting and tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
2. Establish and report on key performance metrics, conduct weekly sales and pricing meetings, and participate in budget planning.
3. Oversee tenant applications, market analysis, and property pricing strategies.
4. Implement competitive incentive programs and manage relationships with brokers and third-party agencies.
5. Conduct regular property site visits and contribute to marketing and sales strategy development.
6. Provide ongoing training, performance evaluations, and foster a positive, competitive work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Proven leadership in leasing sales management with a focus on real estate or leasing.
2. Strong analytical, coaching, and organizational skills.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
5. Proficient in process improvement methodologies.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
