Qualifications:

1. SALT Experience: At least 5 years of public accounting experience in SALT, with a proven track record of success.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting required, master's degree in taxation preferred.
3. Certifications: CPA or J.D. certification (or actively working towards certification).
4. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of current tax laws, regulations, and best practices.
