Boston Web Group is looking to add an Account Executive for Website Sales to our growing team!

About the Position:
As an Account Executive for Website Sales, you will be asked to ensure your existing clientele is satisfied with the products and services they currently receive. You will be required to increase your clientele by efficiently and proactively managing your leads list. The position requires creating relationships with small to medium-size businesses and helping them obtain the professional services, tools, and creative assets that they need to expand their business.
What you’ll do:
- Hit the ground running
- Reach out to prospects and supply helpful assistance on their digital journey
- Maintain detailed records
- Do anything and everything possible to help the client achieve success, coordinating with your team members as they produce the materials
- Update and manage all of your account information in our CRM
- Consistently desire to do better than before
- Research and identify new business opportunities and discuss with your manager(s)
- Call prospective clients to build key relationships
- Navigate company structures: Get past gatekeepers and influence the actual decision-makers
- Find creative avenues to connect with new buyers
- Conduct research on prospective clients and maintain a database of business opportunities
- Communicate with potential customers via email and phone to identify their pain points and provide help
- Follow-up

- Develop a mastery of the language
- Learn better ways to identify how to match our skills with clients' needs
- Over time, build key client relationships and nurture their network for new opportunities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter, you understand the nomenclature
- Must be Coachable, Driven, and Hard-Working
- Have a basic understanding of websites & smartphones
- A desire to build your career in digital
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize
- Past customer service experience is a plus
- Driven to meet and surpass goals & sales targets
- Can handle high volume
- Ability to multitask & remain detail-oriented
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Preferred Candidates:
- You know what you’re doing: you get it
- Strong drive, creativity, and love for tech
- Able to use multiple skills to gracefully serve clients
- Various exposure and Digital Experience
- Experience or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in sales
- Desire to help clients succeed and develop relationships
- Experience building or managing websites for businesses
- Past sales experience in digital
- Knowledge of software or SaaS
- Knowledge of CRM solutions (i.e., Salesforce, Siebel, etc.)
- Passionate about matching clients with great work

Salary:
A base pay commensurate with experience coupled with uncapped bonuses for doing well, impressing clients, obtaining reviews, and exceeding quota goals.
