Our client, a founder-led boutique email and SMS marketing agency, is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join their growing Account Team.
This role is a fully remote role and reports to Account Managers and COO.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison for clients and manage day-to-day operations client accounts across email, digital and social, including end-to-end campaign lifecycle, scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of client campaigns
- Enhance operational efficiency, identify areas of improvement, implement best practices and streamline workflows
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure timely development and execution of projects and client satisfaction
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are on schedule and within budget and meet client expectations
- Create a culture of learning and continuous improvement by providing continuous support and feedback with teammates
- 2+ years relevant experience as an account executive or client-facing role in an agency or digital marketing department
- Proficiency in Google Worx (not PPT)
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, best practices, and industry standards
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High-level communicator with excellent people skills; know how to read a room
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work done
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dead-line driven environment
- Proactive, resourceful, curious, and open-minded
- Active participant and contributor to building positive company culture
- Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings, if the need arises, plus, once per quarter all-company meeting onsite in NYC HQ
