U.S. Sales Executive - Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Hybrid Remote (Houston-based with travel to Mexico City)
Are you an ambitious, self-driven sales professional with a passion for opening new markets? We are seeking a dynamic U.S. Sales Executive to lead our entry into the U.S. market. This is a rare opportunity to be the first U.S. hire for a rapidly growing company, placing you at the forefront of our expansion efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline, closing deals, and establishing our brand in the U.S. market.
Sales Executive Key Responsibilities
- Market Entry and Sales Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the U.S. market to generate revenue and drive company growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through targeted lead generation and strategic outreach.
- Sales Presentations and Pitches: Professionally pitch and present our services to prospective clients, both remotely and in-person.
- Collaborative Sales Strategy: Work closely with the team in Mexico to align on sales strategies, marketing efforts, and pipeline management.
- Market Penetration: Strengthen existing marketing channels and contribute to the development of new strategies to effectively penetrate the U.S. market.
- Travel: Regular travel to Mexico City for training and semi-regular visits for ongoing business needs, as well as U.S. travel to meet with potential clients.
Sales Executive Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, specifically in the Contact Center & BPO industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and present professionally.
- Bilingual: Bilingual or verbally conversational in Spanish and English.
- Sales Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in sales management tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, and Sales Navigator.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently without micromanagement, driven by results and a strong sense of integrity.
- Travel Willingness: Ability to travel frequently, both within the U.S. and to Mexico.
