How You'll Make An Impact:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Marketer to help us in our overall marketing efforts with Bushel's product suite. This role is perfect for a proactive marketing professional who understands both B2B and B2C behaviors and is driven to put creative ideas into action. You'll bring Bushel's products to life, ensuring releases are successfully marketed, sold and adopted. With expertise in specialized marketing tactics and a solid grasp of the ag tech landscape, you'll be hands-on in crafting and executing product marketing plans that drive results.
The Product Marketer will work closely with the Head of GTM to deliver effective marketing programs to create awareness of our offerings and solutions in the agriculture industry and promote product adoption.

• Responsible for product value prop and content creation to support marketing channels (emails, blog posts, website & social content, sales presentations, events, etc.).
• Project manage all marketing deliverables of product and feature launches to align with overall GTM plans.
• Help drive content marketing, including the strategy, authoring, and production of compelling digital and marketing deliverables, website content, and videos aligned with the brand.
• Plan, script, and record product demo videos that showcase the value and functionality of our software solutions. Collaborate with the product and sales teams to highlight key features and use cases.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to clearly understand Bushel's competitive differentiation and value proposition(s).

• Communicate marketing plans and manage successful execution, working with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
• Help develop marketing strategy, content, and plans across digital and offline channels, including messaging, budget, campaigns, and lead generation.
• Drive consistent development of multimedia sales materials, blog posts, website and social content, and coordinate creative resources.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing by providing product direction, priority, and positioning.
• Assess the effectiveness of the product marketing initiatives on an ongoing basis, reporting back to the business on ROI and suggested changes.

• 2+ years of professional experience in a product marketing position
• Familiar with marketing automation and project management tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Pendo, Google Ads, Wrike or other similar tools.
• Passion for identifying, owning and solving problems independently or as part of a team
• Proven GTM approach and process that can be implemented within the organization
• Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Desire to seek the best possible customer experience at all levels
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces and champions change
