We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinic/Office Supervisor to help maintain our high standards of patient care.

Position Summary: The Clinic/Office Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our family practice, ensuring smooth clinical functions. This role involves training and managing medical staff, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for improving patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the training, scheduling, and management of clinic staff.
  2. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling and patient flow management.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate ongoing staff development and training.
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  6. Monitor clinical workflows and patient interactions to ensure high-quality patient care.
  7. Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  8. Collaborate with healthcare providers and third parties to optimize patient outcomes.
  9. Oversee the ordering and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.
  10. Analyze daily financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
  11. Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical office software and electronic health records (EHR).
  12. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  13. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of experience in the medical field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical management or administrative role, preferably in a family practice setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing practices, and EMR systems.
  4. Excellent leadership (leading by example), organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and medical software applications.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  7. Willingness to learn every role in the clinic and fill in as needed to support the team.
