Senior Operations Manager

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operation Manager to lead our security operations. The Senior Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security management, including security contracts and initiatives, to ensure the safety and security of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive training for both patrol and standing division.
2. Coordinate schedules and monitor overtime usage.
3. Conduct walkthroughs for new sites and large-scale events.
4. Oversee daily operations for standing and patrol, ensuring both departments are in compliance.
5. Conduct regular meetings with CEO and EVP to deliver detailed reports on daily operations.
6. Collaborate closely with Human Resources to relay hiring requirements.
7. Assist HR with employee-related conflicts such as violations of company policies.
8. Manage and oversee the budget.
9. Lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance and leadership to ensure effective security operations.
10. Enhance security protocols and streamline security operations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as Senior Operations Manager or equivalent position.
2. In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
3. Proficiency with MS Office and various business software.
4. Proven experience in security contracts and vendor agreements.
5. Strong ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team of security professionals effectively.
7. Strategic thinker with expertise in security initiatives.
8. Exceptional skills in making critical decisions under pressure.
9. Strong background in guiding teams towards achieving security goals.

Education:

4-year college degree (preferred)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
