We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Marketing Lead. In this role, you will be developing creative and strategic direction to drive acquisition, existing customer marketing sponsorships, and engagement results to meet co-branded partner and sponsorship business goals.

To be successful as a Marketing Lead, you should have experience with:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience developing marketing communications across all channels for a large organization, preferably financial services.
  • Experience working as a leader in a fast-paced environment with strong skills in multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem solving.
  • Having an instinctive approach to understanding what makes effective customer communications, augmented by outstanding observational skills.

This role is located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Purpose of the role:

To create content that highlights and promotes the bank’s goals and objectives across various platforms and omnichannels by crafting compelling narratives and designing engaging visual content.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop content messages, themes, and topics which communicate the bank’s objectives.
  • Management of the end-to-end content creation process including writing, editing, animation creation, and static asset development for communication across platforms.
  • Management of content that engages clients and other stakeholders via articles, social media, videos, and infographics.
  • Monitoring the performance of content across various channels using analytics tools.
  • Development and maintenance of platforms such as microsites to promote the bank’s business objectives, values, products, services, and campaigns for specific audiences.

Assistant Vice President Expectations:

  • Consult on complex issues; providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.
  • Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
  • Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas, requiring understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the organization's objectives.
