Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, highly organized and detail-oriented Chief of Staff/Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment. This role requires strong time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multi-task and handle various different projects and assignments across various business lines.

Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Handle project management from start to finish on various ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
