Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases from inception to resolution.
2. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
3. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff.
4. Maintain a fair billable hour goal.

Qualifications:

1. Must be barred in California.
2. Experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy law (years of experience can vary).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
