About the Work:

The Sr. Franchise Business Consultant provides franchise offices with robust business strategies and support which focus on quality care and profitability. Provide strategic support to a specific group of franchise owners based upon the needs of the region and diversity of the region’s Business Performance team. Proactively manage and handle responsibilities within the role with minimal supervision as well as management of special projects as designated by Network Operations Leadership. The Sr. Franchise Business Consultant serves as an experienced advisor to the Franchise Business Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of individual franchises to identify areas of improvement.
  2. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to anticipate challenges and opportunities. Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights to drive revenue and Care Pro staffing growth.
  3. Performance Metrics: Utilize KPIs to measure and monitor success. Regularly assess and report on the performance of each office, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with franchisees to improve operational processes and efficiency. Guide best practices (owners dashboard) to enhance overall business operations.
  5. Data Analytics and Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on the franchise's performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  6. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with franchisees to encourage open/transparent communication and collaboration. Act as a liaison between franchisees and the HQ/Performance Consulting Team (Performance Network, Franchise Development, and Legal Department) to address concerns and facilitate problem resolution.
  7. Difficult Discussions: Navigate challenging discussions with franchisees, addressing performance issues and recommending corrective actions. Assess the viability of individual offices and, if necessary, guide the process of selling/transferring underperforming businesses.
  8. Decision-Making: Demonstrate the ability to make tough decisions, including recommending the sale of underperforming businesses. Communicate the rationale behind decisions to stakeholders.

Sr. Level Competencies:

  1. System Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the franchise system, including understanding franchise agreements, brand standards and operational procedures.
  2. Advisory and Consultation: The ability to provide strategic advice and guidance to both franchisors and franchisees on business strategies, marketing initiatives, and operational efficiency.
  3. Negotiation Skills: Skillful negotiation to resolve conflicts between franchisees and the franchisor and assist with contract renewals and negotiations.
  4. Project Management: Effective project management skills to oversee and implement initiatives related to process improvement, system updates, and other projects within the franchise system.

About You:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business
  2. Minimum of seven years of related business management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.

  8. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize daily, monthly and yearly work.
  9. Effectively participate, contribute and lead projects from beginning to end, including incorporation of new ideas and best practices and evaluation of processes and procedures in order to recommend improvements and changes when appropriate.
  10. Exhibit a high level of personal accountability, which involves commitment, ownership, resilience, and continuous learning.
  11. Proficient in Google Suite products.
  12. Knowledge of all tools & franchise approved systems currently available to franchise owners for use in building their business.
  13. Ability to work evenings or weekends as required.
  14. Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.

Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program. Honor offers equity and 401K with up to a 4% match. We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees. Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance are fully employer paid with a voluntary additional Life Insurance option. Hiring Salary Range:

$126,000 — $150,000 USD
