Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $22.68 - $30.00+. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
The Life Enrichment Director leads all planning and implementing of a quality leisure, therapeutic, and social events program crafted to assist senior age Assisted Living/Memory Care residents in maintaining their personal potential both physically and mentally. This activity programming leadership position will be responsible for all aspects of the activities department and team at Riley Crossing Senior Living located in Chanhassen, MN.
This full-time Life Enrichment Director role includes:
- 80 hours per two week pay period
- Day shift; 8:30am - 5pm
- Weekends as needed

Riley Crossing is one of our newest senior living communities located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. Opened in 2019, it hosts 134 units of Independent/Assisted Living, Enhanced and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on-site intergenerational child care and interactive programming with our seniors.
Responsibilities/Job Description
- Develops program and activities reflective of resident interests.
- Attends and participates in MDS/RAI/IDT and resident Care Conferences.
- Audits Therapeutic Recreation/Life Enrichment Department documentation regularly.
- Develops, implements, and reviews policies and procedures for the department.
- Actively participates with facility management team on strategic direction of facility.
- Schedule the programs on the activity calendar.
- Participate in gathering and transporting residents to the programs.
Qualifications
Required
- Associate's Degree in Recreational Therapy or related required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to drive a 14 passenger van.
- One to three years of experience required.
- Current Driver's License (in good standing)
- Ability to Drive a 14 passenger van
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Three to five years of previous experience preferred
