Profile

The Vice President Sales for HRO Comprehensive Services focuses functions essential to sales productivity, effectiveness, and sales and service alignment. These include planning, data management, sales process optimization, sales learning, sales program implementation and business transformation initiatives. The VP fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization's efficient operation and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provides leadership to the sales organization, and counsel to the Senior Division Vice President Sales, in implementing sales organization objectives.
  2. Partners with senior sales and business leadership to identify opportunities for both sales and overall process improvement. Facilitates successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization by ensuring efficient sales process with focus on continuous process improvement.
  3. Acts as a liaison between Sales and the Implementation and Service organization's leadership to support transformation initiatives.
  4. Partners with the HRO Sales Operations Team to support broader BU initiatives and strategies.
  5. Works closely with senior leadership to define the optimal performance measurements required to ensure sales organization success. Aligns reporting, training, and incentive programs with these performance management priorities.
  6. Establish a sales product training plan. Oversees the delivery of field product training to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel.
  7. Ensures sufficient resources are assigned to adequately administer sales programs. Works closely with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources to establish rules, policies, and procedures as needed.
  8. Responsible for sales support and proposals organizations to ensure effective support for field sales organization.
  9. Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. BS/BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  2. Minimum of seven years of sales or sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  3. Minimum seven years in a sales operations, business planning, or sales management role.
  4. Strong sales process acumen experience.
  5. Proven execution skills.
  6. Demonstrated communication and conflict resolutions skills.
  7. This position requires extensive travel.
  8. Advanced Degree.
  9. Proven leadership and communication skills.
  10. Ability to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders.
  11. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  12. Ability to work effectively under changing conditions.
  13. In-depth knowledge of ADP products, services and programs.
  14. Strong relationship building skills.
  15. Change agent. Ability to energize associates around process and programs.

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Salary Range for this role is $108,100 - $167,770/ year.
