Position Overview:
Manages the overall operations of the department for Sutter Health entities in accordance with current federal and state regulations and guidelines. Has frequent contact with the Administrative Team, Nurse Executives and Directors, Risk Management & Ethics staff, Ancillary Services, Revenue Cycle and Finance Department leaders, Medical Directors, Medical Staff leaders, physicians, contracted providers, community resources post-acute agencies, patients and their families.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's: BS in Nursing or Health Administration or equivalent education/experience
Preferred Master's: MS in Nursing, Case management, or related field; or Masters of Social Work for Social Work Candidates Only or equivalent education/experience
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
RN-Registered Nurse of California
CCM- Preferred
LCSW-Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Preferred)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
8 years experience leading innovative case management programs.
8 years experience in utilization management and discharge planning.
8 years leadership experience in acute case management
8 years experience with clinical assessment for clients with complex medical, emotional and social needs.
8 years experience in coordinating UM Committees/and or Clinical Review teams.
8 years experience coaching, counseling and administering corrective action.

Pay Range is $85.74 to $137.19 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
