Travel Nurse RN - Long-Term Care in Seattle, WA

**Job Description:**
- Provide direct care to residents in a nursing home with 35 beds/residents.
- Administer care for patients with conditions such as HIV/AIDS, ALS, Huntington's disease, cancer, behavioral issues including dementia, schizophrenia, anxiety, dementia, and end-of-life diagnoses.
- Perform duties that include managing IVs and titratable drips.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists (OT), speech-language pathologists (SLP), care managers, social workers, dietitians, and a recreation therapist.
- Shift schedule is consistent with designated days but varies according to facility needs; schedules are sent to staff 6 weeks in advance.
- Upkeep and management of medical equipment and supplies; no RT on-site 24/7 but oxygen therapy through nasal cannula provided.
- Comply with all necessary safety protocols including the use of PAPR or N95 masks.
- Participate in unit-specific orientation across all nursing home wings: 2E, 2W, 3E, 3W.
- Required to float among all nursing home wings within the facility as needed.
- Follow the facility's dress code; RNs may wear any nursing scrub.
