Financial Services Trainee

As a Financial Services Trainee, you will participate in an extensive program focused on developing the skills and knowledge required to excel in selling individual insurance products. This program involves a combination of self-study and hands-on experience, all tailored to a structured curriculum.

What You'll Do:

• Participate in a comprehensive program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to provide holistic financial advice to clients.
• Demonstrate appropriate skills and pass a sales process competency test.
• Gain direct sales experience in marketing individual insurance products to clients and build strong relationships with internal business partners.
