CDW has a long term career opportunity available in Reno, NV. For this position, we seek a background in network infrastructure, including routing, switching, telephony and video and the accompanying hardware and software.

• A minimum of six years of recent professional experience in network administration and network security protocols, encompassing both hardware and software.
• Proven expertise in designing network infrastructures, including telephony and video systems.
• Proficiency in configuring Cisco routers and switches.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following firewalls: Checkpoint, PaloAlto, Fortigate, along with knowledge of IDS/IPS and Syslog.
• Preference for Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Demonstrated capability in managing and supporting VPNs.
• Experience working with Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), and Quality of Service (QoS).
• Proficient in configuring wireless networks.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and troubleshooting Windows Server and Active Directory.
