Title: Associate Attorney (Med Mal Defense)
Location: NYC (Midtown)
Salary: $100k-$160k
Haraka Headhunters LLC is a legal search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We are currently working with a top-tier, NYC-based law firm has represented a number of hospitals in general premises liability matters, as well as other entities, including domestic and international insurance companies and their insureds. It is experiencing exponential growth and is looking to add a few more seasoned associates to their team!
What We Are Looking For...
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in medical malpractice or personal injury defense
- Must have recent file-handling experience from inception to trial with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and growth
- Billable experience is a plus!
Education Requirements:
- JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school (Class of 2019, 2020...)
- Admitted and in good standing with the NY State Bar Association
