Product Manager

Job Summary: The Product Manager will lead product planning and execution, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and company goals. This role collaborates closely with design, sales, marketing, and R&D teams to drive product development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies by analyzing market and customer data.
• Work with design teams to guide product development and execution.
• Support sales by creating exclusive products for key retailers.
• Collaborate with marketing for packaging, catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with overseas R&D for samples, prototypes, and testing.
• Manage licensing approvals and maintain product documentation.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs.
