Description
The Call Center Representative will handle day-to-day activities of the support team as well as other assigned duties. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during training, and either 10:00 am to 7:00 pm or 10:30 am to 7:30 pm after training is completed, with possible overtime.

What You Will Do
- Support inbound calls, emails and chats from retirement plan participants including DB, DC and HW
- Research account or plan specifications
- Follow up on outstanding issues and escalations in a timely manner to ensure satisfactory resolution
- Complete participant transactions as required using Internet applications, Automated Voice response system, or manual procedures as required
Who We Are Looking For
Required Experience and Skills
- High school graduate
- Experience working EXP tasks
- Able to handle multiple priorities with success
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Willing to work overtime
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of administrative office experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipment
Personal Qualifications
- Works well within a team environment and takes ownership of personal work product
- Proficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Location
Candidates hired into this role will be required to work in-person in the Milliman office in Dallas, TX on a weekly basis, but flexible work arrangements will be considered.
Compensation
The hourly range for this role is $15 - $21, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
