Responsibilities:

As a Business Unit Director, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and cultivating profitable relationships. You will work closely with experienced specialists who handle the technical aspects of AI solutions, allowing you to focus on driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service. In time, you will be in charge of expanding the Chemical Business Unit beyond AI solutions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Driving & hands-on the sales and pre-sales activities. The main goal will be bringing a chemical customer to Spyrosoft during your trial period.
  • Building client relationships that last. Work as an owner with business development and support departments (Marketing, Operations Excellence, PMs, Sales Support, Recruitment).
  • Monitoring and overlooking successful delivery of the software development projects and services across the Business Unit.
  • Improve the growth strategy of the chemicals business unit with C-levels.
