Clinical Social Worker

Job Description:

• Full-time/per diem roles available with weekly pay starting at $84/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical social work with individuals with diverse needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy
• Coordinate discharge planning and access appropriate community support and services for patients

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.)
• 12 months experience
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
