Job Title:

Scrum Master / Project/Program Manager / Business Analyst

Duration:

11-18 months

Location:

SF/Concord/San Jose, New York, Charlotte Hybrid

Start Date:

ASAP

Rate Range:

$65-70/hr

Responsibilities:

Scrum Master:

1. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, etc.).
2. Mentor teams on Agile practices.
3. Manage project backlogs and track progress.

Project/Program Manager:

1. Develop and manage program plans.
2. Coordinate stakeholders and manage project risks.
3. Report program performance to senior management.

Business Analyst:

1. Gather and analyze business requirements.
2. Translate requirements into user stories.
3. Conduct data analysis and maintain project documentation.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in respective roles.
2. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
3. Experience in payments industry, ISO 20022, and wire transfers.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Familiarity with ACH and instant payments.
