An Estimator would report directly to the Director of Preconstruction and have constant communication between Superintendents, Project Managers, and clients. Your overarching responsibility is to achieve client satisfaction through the promotion and assertion of the company's core values:

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- 3-5 years' experience as an Estimator
- Good communication skills with designers, subcontractors, and clients
- Organizational and prioritizing skills
- Good time management and working within deadlines
- Sub Solicitation (using Procore and following up with phone calls)
- Managing Sub Solicitation software
- Contact local AHJ for required permitting
- Assist in the review and interpretation of proposed designs, drawings and specifications for functionality and appropriateness and initiate appropriate questions
- Take-Offs (divisions 2 thru 14, 31 thru 33)
- General Understanding of MEP Systems
- Reviewing sub-quotations for completeness
- Able to assembly small projects from Start to Finish (TI and Ground Up)
- Build and maintain strong relationships in the subcontractor community.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary of $110,000 - $130,000
- Car Allowance of $250 per week ($13,000 per year)
- Annual Bonus based on personal performance and project delivery
