Salary: Starting at $60000 / annually - depending on education / experience
Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for Woods System of Care organization wide talent acquisition. The Recruiter will direct and influence how, the Woods Staffing, LLC team sources and selects Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and substantially similar positions and will partner closely with Woods System of Care Human Resources teams and the recruiting teams to accomplish this critical organizational growth goal. This position may be on-site, fully remote, or hybrid depending on the needs of the candidate and Woods Staffing, LLC.
During, the first three months of employment, the Recruiter will develop working partnerships with Woods System of Care Managers, affiliate HR departments and/or hiring team members. Specifically, the establishment of the Wood Staffing, LLC includes, but is not limited to:
- Complete Orientation at Woods Services, including all Relias Trainings ( Travel maybe required )
- Meet with each Affiliate HR Department and Program/Hiring Managers to establish relationships and gain understanding of programs in which they will be recruiting DSP's. ( Zoom if not in person )
- Review and understand state regularity guidelines by affiliate, not specific trainings by affiliate. ( Affiliate will be responsible for each personalized training expectations)
- Train on supporting Work Force Management Programs
- Establish Social Media Accounts (Indeed, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.)
- Establish working relationships with local Schools, Universities, and Community Based Programs for Job Placement within assigned territories.
- Set up in person meetings with community based programs
- Start recruitment efforts within assigned Territory using the Workforce Management System to track DSP's
- Assist with on-boarding and training of new employees for Woods System of Care.
- Adhere to hiring protocols for DSP's for up to 90 days, including, but limited to, credentialing candidates prior to their hiring into a Woods System of Care program, supporting all aspects of newly hired staff for up to the first ninety days of their employment (complete required paperwork by affiliate to meet regulations, identify best affiliate match for onboarding, this will NOT include Specific Training by Affiliate)
- Advertises vacancies on all major job-posting sites, social media platforms and other non-traditional sites to recruit qualified candidates.
- Researches local job fairs within territory assigned and communicate with "Senior Recruiter" and Director for attendance to represent, Woods Staffing, LLC.
- Sources active and inactive candidates through traditional and nontraditional means and supports management's efforts to do so, including through an international worker/visa program.
- Collects and reviews applications in order to shortlist candidates.
- Meets with and interviews shortlisted candidates. (Zoom and FaceTime are acceptable means of interviews)
- Consults with members of the applicable affiliate teams to obtain input and direction on their hiring needs.
- Selects the most suitable candidates and initiates job offers.
- Coordinates candidate credentialing efforts including obtaining all applicable background checks to ensure that candidates are eligible to be employed, obtains references, coordinates pre-employment training/orientation and onboarding activities.
- Completes paperwork and requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
- Implements the policies established by Woods Staffing, LLC.
- Attends affiliate hiring events.
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 2 or more years recruiting experience in a high-volume, metrics-based performance environment required.
- 2 or more years Recruiting, Direct Care Support, Residential Support, C.N.A's, 1 to 1 Coaches and more.
- Familiarity with pertinent recruiting software and tools such as ICIMS.
- Highly organized and thorough, discerning, with top-notch decision-making skills.
- Excellent desktop research skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
