YOUR ROLE- The VP of Marketing will oversee the development of the SexyHair, DevaCurl, #mydentity and STMNT strategic vision and priorities for the US market.
- Leading the marketing objectives with cross functional leadership and providing visibility across teams and brands to support the overall vision.
- Ensure plans & priorities deliver against annual budget.
- Oversee development of full 360° marketing campaigns in the US to launch new products and grow/maintain existing product business.
- Manage full marketing L17 budgets to drive effectiveness and efficiency of spend.
- Partner with VP’s of Sales to drive objectives with key customers.
- Holistically lead brands Education strategy and execution.
- Lead the development and execution of brands digital and social strategies.
- Partner with New Product Development team to ensure launch strategy, timing cadence Align eCommerce Strategies and opportunities for new channel growth.
- Work closely with leadership team in development of long range growth plans across brands.
- Develop innovation roadmap for each brand, closely in alignment with R&D and NPI teams.
- Culture role model and talent development.
