Job Description:
The IT System Analyst / Project Manager position is a remote, long-term project with a focus on desktop software delivery and automation. The key responsibilities include collaborating with the project team and developers to increase self-service options, prioritize tasks, and maintain a comprehensive product backlog. The role also involves automating software fulfillment, developing reports and dashboards, tracking licenses, and engaging stakeholders to gather feedback. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow, MECM, Windows Software Center, MacOS, Windows, and Citrix applications, as well as experience in IT project management and Agile methodologies. A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required, along with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, MECM, Windows Software Center, MacOS, Windows, and Citrix applications
- Experience in data analytics and metrics reporting
- Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards using ServiceNow and Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of Agile Project Management methodologies and Scrum Framework
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Experience with ITAM, CMDB, and SCCM/MECM data management
