The Role

As the Member Experience Manager your responsible for curating and leading the events program. This will add value, and drive engagement from Zero Bonds members, as well as create an experience.


The  Responsibilities:

·        Curates the creative direction for Zero Bond member experience.

·       Contiounus monthly programming including high level pinncle events 

·       Curate a culturally diverse calendar of events that reflects the community's rich tapestry and ensure inclusivity for all members

·        Stay ahead of cultural and entertainment trends to keep the club's event offerings fresh and relevant, continually innovating the program to reflect contemporary member interests

·        Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events across all member touchpoints

·       Organizes and execute strategies to drive events and revenue

·       Work closely with the ZB partnerships.  Also, identify new partnership opportunities including brand events and activations.

·       Oversees the execution of Member events and acquire member feedback following events

·       Manages budgets, organizes monthly calendars, update member event contracts, receipts and partner contact information

·       Inspire members, talent and all Zero Bond teams when meeting to create and implement member events

·       Facilitate events by connecting members to other members and allow opportunities for events to be hosted by members

·       Oversee all talent booking and liaison, décor and entertainment 

·       Manages content curation that tells a story and connects members digitally or in-person

·       Builds an internal and freelance database of talent to book reoccurring experiences at ZB

·       Partners with talent such as agents, labels, publishing houses and cultural organizations 

·       Ensure generosity across all experiences to make members and guests feel valued, special and excited 


Qualifications & Disposition:


·       A minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant roles

·       Experience planning a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions, with a strong ability to manage both high-touch and high-volume events.

·       Previous experience in cultural programming and working with high-profile talent, artists, and creative industries.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively tackle strategic initiatives and immediate business needs, whilst always putting the member and the customer at the heart of what we do.

·       Experienced in planning and briefing email marketing and CRM campaigns

·       Excellent analytical skills and confidence in manipulating data in Excel and other tools

·       Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

·       Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines

·       Experience and background in a hospitality or subscription business a plus
