Weekly Pay Range - $2257 To $2507

**Job Description:**
- Provide home health nursing care in the specified geographic area.
- Visit up to 6 patients per day, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio.
- Must work one weekend shift per contract.
- Required to have references covering one year of employment within the last three years.
- Occasional driving radius may exceed 50 miles; system groups clients to minimize travel time.
- While Oasis experience is preferred, it is not required.
- Adhere to charting using EPIC systems.
- Maintain flexible scheduling but not block schedules.
- Travel between facilities within the state is required if needed.
- Orientation consists of 40 hours.
- Pre-completion and annual modules typically take about 16 hours.
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory; Medical/Religious exemptions allowed.
