We are recruiting a part-time School-Based Therapist to provide services through our School Partnership Program. Our school partnership program a customized and comprehensive way for schools to assist in meeting the emotional or psychological needs of their students by providing them with convenient, affordable services. We are actively seeking counselors who are members of a WELS, ELS or confessional Lutheran church and have a strong desire to learn more about integrating Christian counseling practices based on these principles.

What you will be doing
Providing Christian based counseling services at St. Marcus Elementary School in person or through a secure video connection during telehealth sessions. In this school-based therapist role, you will not only provide clinical therapy, but also work collaboratively with school staff and parents to support student's academic, social, emotional and/or behavioral support by creating and assisting with school-based intervention plans.

Hours for this position will generally be 8am-4pm, 2 days per week. As a part-time employee, you'll be eligible for our 401(k) plan and employer match policy.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Human Services field.
  • Active member of a WELS or ELS or confessional Lutheran church preferred.
  • Willingness to support the mission of Christian Family Solutions.
  • Must have required hours of supervised clinical experience or be working toward the completion of supervised hours, per state requirements.
  • Must be certified or willing to obtain certification as a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (DC-TMH).
  • Competence in delivering therapy via different modalities and for various populations and disorders.
  • A high degree of responsibility in maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct in all matters pertaining to work
  • Willing to uphold a biblical worldview in the clinical setting.
