General Job Description
The E-Branch Fulfillment Representative position is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the E-Branch and credit union members.
Essential Job Duties
  • Provide prompt, professional, accurate service and support to all members and associates while abiding to member centric model for service standards established by the credit union;
  • Process wire transfers received via email & fax which includes contacting member via phone to authenticate prior to processing wire request. Enter wire into Symitar system for processing. Follow-up with member as needed; i.e. providing member with tracking number
  • Assist with all email, chat and Hubspot correspondence with member requests and feedback.
  • Retrieve fax requests and process or forward to appropriate team members or department.
  • Perform outbound calls to members to confirm completion of requests or receive additional information.
  • Process member requests utilizing Symitar such as stop payments, debit card requests, account closures, check by mail, and removing dormancy.
  • Process/ post transaction fees to Symitar per LSI tickets and charge transfer transaction fees as needed.
  • Print & mail loan coupons - as needed. (minimum once per week)
  • Research, print and send check copies and/or monthly statements to members.
  • Review check order requests and follow up with member if further verification is needed.
  • Review check hold releases for faxed/emailed requests.
  • Fax payoffs to dealers/ other Financial Institutions.
  • Assist members and branches with but not limited to Bill Pay and all online/mobile banking requests.
  • Forward release of lien and title requests to the title department for processing.
  • Open all account types available online
  • Assist with call volume as needed
  • Participates in community relation activities and groups to represent the Credit Union.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Experience/Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service banking experience preferred
Skills/Abilities
  • Provides best of class, Member Centric service
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Fast learner and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook Email.
