Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly financial close process, including accruals, prepaids, and capital.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis to understand trends and deviations from budget and actuals.
• Create various financial presentations, including actual vs budget/forecast variance analysis, expense trends, headcount analysis, and insightful variance explanations
• Manage headcount planning and expense management to ensure alignment with budget and forecast.
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process as well as quarterly forecasting for the organization.
• Collaborate with global teams to align financial expectations and deliver on financial commitments.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
• Support strategic initiatives by preparing financial proposals and providing solutions to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Masters Degree is a plus.
• Experience in Oracle or Hyperion is a plus
• Advanced user in Excel
