Atlantic Health System is actively seeking a innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our nursing & nursing support recruitment team.Principal Accountabilities:Provides leadership to Talent Acquisition team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.Offers strategic recruitment advice to hiring managers and talent acquisition professionals, backed by comprehensive employment data.Hires, trains, and supervises talent acquisition team members.Manages staff assignments and provides guidance in the development of sourcing plans.Develops and implements recruiting strategies to identify internal drivers around retention issues.Utilizes advanced applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and CRM systems to monitor applicants from the selection phase to on-boarding.Leads a team of recruiters in charge of recruitment, interviewing, selection, and pre-employment processing of candidates.Collaboratively design, implement, and manage strategic sourcing and Talent Acquisition programs, including diversity & inclusion initiatives, employer brand marketing, and candidate experience enhancement.Develops and track key metrics to evaluate the performance of recruitment programs. Compile and analyze data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, new hires, cost per hire, fill rate, promotions, terminations, and related information in collaboration with site leadership.Fosters a positive, urgent, and collaborative work environment.Upholds and exemplifies Atlantic Health System's core values in all interactions and decisions.Collaborates with relevant business partners and site human resource leadership to anticipate future staffing and retention needs.Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key candidate communities for short and long-term staffing opportunities.Cultivates and manages relationships with community groups, agencies, and universities.Ensures consistent corporate brand as designed by Talent Acquisition Strategy; coordinates with advertising agency to manage advertising and position posting needs.Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to lead with state-of-the-art recruiting practices.Provides project management design and expertise; oversees special projects as assigned.EducationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field required.Master's Degree preferred.Relevant Experience5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare recruitment and managing recruiters across various sites & service lines.A proven track record of innovation, leadership, and creativity.Ability to lead and influence in a matrix environment, build diverse teams, manage performance, and develop individuals.Proven skills in candidate assessment and selection at all organizational levels.Comprehensive understanding of EEO legislation and other relevant staffing laws.SHRM Certification is a plus.Experience using Oracle Cloud Recruiting a plus.ABOUT USAt Atlantic Health System, our promise to our communities is; Anyone who enters one of our facilities, will receive the highest quality care delivered at the right time, at the right place, and at the right cost.
