Job Requirements / Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams
- Resolve customer inquiries and process orders efficiently
- Provide proactive sales support and upsell additional services
- Handle customer interactions via phone and in-person
- Coordinate service deliveries and installations
- Manage billing and payments
- Address customer complaints and find effective solutions
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
