Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams
  • Resolve customer inquiries and process orders efficiently
  • Provide proactive sales support and upsell additional services
  • Handle customer interactions via phone and in-person
  • Coordinate service deliveries and installations
  • Manage billing and payments
  • Address customer complaints and find effective solutions

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
