We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time 3PL Coordinator in any of our Concordance locations . The primary role of an 3PL Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for the customer base regarding detailed questions about reporting, providing additional information, handling ad hoc requests, and managing any enhanced reporting needs. It involves coordinating between 3PL customers and the internal IT team to address inquiries, ensure reporting accuracy, and implement any changes to existing processes related to business reports. The position follows a hybrid work model.

Essential Functions:

  • Complete monthly billing of all 3PL accounts.

  • Report generation and summarization.

  • Audit monthly billings for accuracy.

  • Addressing any question from internal/external stakeholders on billing detail.

  • Provide summary data and analysis on monthly invoices, trends (added/lost business) and full year projections to management/finance.

  • Work with operations on any issues/questions from the 3PL customer base.

  • Ensure requests and commitments are completed/followed up on in a timely manner.

  • Provide clarity when needed to operations on requests received.

  • Support any requests that are made outside of the normal scope of contractual obligations. Work to determine cost impacts and capture/include in the monthly billing cycle.

  • Develop/maintain cost models for operational execution of the 3PL business.

  • Refresh costing models as needed to ensure existing business and bids on new business meet profitability thresholds.

  • Develop/enhance cost models to match any changes in business environment, profit requirements or distribution network changes.

  • Maintain/refresh presentation materials around 3PL capabilities to support sales efforts/customer requests.

  • Provide initial pricing proposals for new business opportunities.

  • Utilize pricing models, operational input and assessment of internal capabilities to provide an initial pricing model of potential business to senior leadership for review/approval before submission to customer.

  • Prepare contract proposals for potential customers.

  • Ownership of current contract database housed within Ironclad (contract archive software). Responsible for making sure contracts are up to date, changes are captured within the database, and notifying key stakeholders of any accounts that are coming up for contract renewal.

  • Identify SKUs suitable for living stockpile based on customer requests.

  • Review active Living Stockpile at agreed upon intervals to ensure throughput.

  • Coordinate with Operations on deployment of living stockpile orders as needed.

  • Support other contractual obligations of Living Stockpile agreements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business or Operations.
  • Previous experience with running reports and analyzing data sets.
  • Strong understanding of VAI and databases. Ability to learn new systems quickly and thoroughly.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • High integrity with the ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately.
  • High level proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to dissect data and create meaningful and actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and present complex topics in a simplified manner.
  • Detailed oriented with good time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced, competitive and at times stressful environment.
  • Adaptability and strong attention to detail.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.

Work Location:

  • This role is located in any Concordance location.
  • This role is on a Hybrid model with 2-3 days per week in the office and the remaining days working remote.
