Description
Continuous Improvement Manager:
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement process control strategies to enhance quality and reduce variability.
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs.
- Facilitate Kaizen events for rapid process improvements.
- Develop standard operating procedures for key processes.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize and recommend improvement projects.
- Document and track project performance.
- Solve business process issues using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Profile
Continuous Improvement Manager:
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of Continuous Improvement / project management experience.
- Certified in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and process optimization expertise.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in driving cost savings and improving efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
