Description

Continuous Improvement Manager:

  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement process control strategies to enhance quality and reduce variability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events for rapid process improvements.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for key processes.
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize and recommend improvement projects.
  • Document and track project performance.
  • Solve business process issues using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Profile

Continuous Improvement Manager:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of Continuous Improvement / project management experience.
  • Certified in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and process optimization expertise.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in driving cost savings and improving efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
