Job Responsibilities:

1. Directs the organization's facilities department.
2. Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators.
3. Manages the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
4. Oversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement.
5. Plans and accomplishes goals based on extensive experience and judgment.
6. Performs a variety of tasks and leads the work of others.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to top management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. This position covers Helena Regional Medical Center and Forrest City Medical Center.
