A little bit more about us:
We are in a very exciting period of growth in the UK and internationally. As part of our global expansion, we are looking for talented and ambitious individuals for our first office in the US to help us power a new generation of business innovators.
Demand for private assets is soaring. The current size of global assets is forecast to reach $15trn by 2025, from a current base of $10trn. Despite the huge growth in assets, liquidity is not keeping pace. The turnover ratio of private assets is only 0.013x. There is currently no infrastructure to support a liquid market; an investor cannot place an order on an exchange, there is no exchange. The private markets are fraught with unnecessary friction – it’s slow, admin heavy and a fragmented ecosystem of multiple players. Private companies are unknown and inaccessible to most people. As a result, innovation and private companies are being starved of capital.
That’s where Floww steps in. We have built the first global end-to-end platform for the private market built around distribution, regulation and data. A full spectrum infrastructure for all players. On Floww, founders, capital providers (such as VCs, Accelerators, Corporate Finance Advisory Firms) and investors (LPs) can be discovered, connect, raise, invest, introduce, report and do secondaries through the entire funding lifecycle.
