IT Leader

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the IT department, ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, and leading projects that enhance our technology capabilities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for technology.

Candidate must be located in Cincinnati, Ohio and willing to go into the office 5 days a week.

Duties and Skills

• Lead and manage the IT team in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP system integrations down to the shop floor.
• Independent worker, ability to lead others.
• Long term planning to address technical debt.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
