What We Offer
Base Salary Range | $90,000 - $125,000
Annual Commission Potential | $25,000 - $50,000

The Opportunity
We are in need of a talent-seeking, mission-driven Recruiter with a high sense of urgency and passion for hiring top talent. The ideal candidate has an innate ability to connect with others, advanced understanding of full-cycle recruitment strategies, and ability to manage a high-volume workload and call volume. *This is an in-office position that will sit in our Newport Beach, CA office. This is not a remote opportunity.*
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Post and maintain job postings within our ATS (Lever), Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Actively source and attract passive talent using various channels such as job boards, social media, realtor platforms, Lever CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking.
- Review applications, conduct phone screens, qualify candidates, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process to include drafting offer recommendations, extending verbal offers, negotiating, drafting offer letters, etc.
- Work directly with executive leadership to develop strategies, processes, and procedures related to talent acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate frequently with the People Operations Manager and Director of Operations regarding position status and onboarding details.
- Research, develop, and implement talent acquisition strategies and process improvement.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
What Qualifies You
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong written and verbal communication with an ability to provide feedback and suggestions.
- Skilled in negotiations and sales.
- High level of urgency, attention to detail, and organization skills.
What Sets You Apart
- Real estate, lending, or property management industry experience.
- Understanding and use of personality assessments - DISC, 16 types, etc.
- Experience hiring Realtors.
