Join us in shaping our future-and yours.Role reports to: Director E2E Program ManagementLocation: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)Travel : 20%Pay: $88,000- 142,600The Trade Customization (TC) COE Business Lead is responsible for managing internal and external TC operations for the Kenvue portfolio of brands. The role will coordinate with supply chain, commercial, and external suppliers to execute trade promotion programs and drive process excellence. This role supports over $1B in Net Trade Sales for Kenvue in North America.What you will doDesign and lead execution of a fast-tracked plan to enable 3rd party TC co-packing partners to perform TC project management and planning activities under a new full-service TC model.Execute TC model by supporting co-packers on display execution with actions requiring internal Kenvue escalations and decisions, providing rapid response level support as needed, and identifying ongoing process enhancements in response to gaps and opportunities as they arise.Partner directly with external suppliers, internal demand planning, supply planning, commercial partner to ensure Kenvue's portfolio of TC projects are managed correctly and launched on timeDevelop new processes and supporting system capabilities as required to support new business models and offerings.Support other strategic projects including but not limited to system upgrades, system replacements and integrating acquired businesses.Assist in managing the ongoing relationship with our outsourcing partner with support from our Sourcing partner.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsAssociate degree or Equivalent years of experience is required.A minimum of 6 years of experience where at least 2 years of experience in any combination of the following functions: supply chain management, planning, distribution, customer service, and/or project management is required.The ability to manage project/program risk is required.The ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while working independently is required.Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint is required.Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, in a matrixed organization is required.Ability to work effectively and drive alignment in a complex environment through effective communication is required.Desired QualificationsExperience in new product introductions, launches, life-cycle management or technical transfers is preferred.Experience in working with promotional displays in preferred.Ability to understand and drive financial results is preferred.Experience working in the healthcare industry with skin care or health care products is preferred.Six Sigma/Process Excellence, Agile, Project Management certifications are preferred.Experience managing small project teams is preferred.What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000 to $142,600 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Total Rewards PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsThis list could vary based on location/regionNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
