Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume kitchen environment, ideally in a casino or resort setting
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and food safety standards
• Experience in cost control and inventory management
• Clean criminal record - mandatory background check
