Join us and we can make a difference together.About This RoleAs Commercial HVAC Service Manager for Carrier, you are responsible to supervise Field Service Technicians, managing day-to-day priorities, solving client issues received by the team and optimizes manpower and resources, responds to complaints of customers, and escalates key issues to senior management.Key Responsibilities:Forecast, monitor, and document financial performance against planCoordinates, prioritizes and resolves issues encountered by a more experienced team.Optimizes the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment and energy of more experienced teamEscalates critical/complex issues that will impact the businessManages more experienced team according to established programs and objectives.Quality Issue ManagementContacts customer, collects feedback, and establishes and maintains good relationship with customersResponds to key customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plansRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDMust have a valid Driver’s License3+ years of service management experience2+ years of experience managing a team of techniciansPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the HVAC industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyExperience with Microsoft OfficeExperience with Salesforce or similar CRMRSRCAR#LI-OnsiteCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
