Summary:

We are looking for a 6-month contractor PMM to join client’s business value product marketing efforts, with a focus on positioning and quantifying the value proposition of client’s Customer Identity Cloud. The role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders in the product, marketing, enablement, and sales organizations.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, as well as our extended PMM teams to define and build alignment on value-based go-to-market content and plans.
  2. Develop messaging, content, and enablement articulating the value proposition of company’s Customer Identity Cloud to be used by the Sales and Marketing teams.
  3. Define and capture business value data and metrics through primary research and customer interviews.
  4. Work directly with sales, customers, and partners to represent client’s value proposition and messaging.
  5. Evangelize value-selling across the organization, from internal field teams to channel partners and post-sales teams such as Customer Success.

Skills and Experience:

  1. 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in product marketing, solutions marketing or value-consulting at a B2B or Security SaaS company.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication. We are looking for someone who has a track record of creating compelling content and positioning to support our go-to-market initiatives with a value-focused lens.
  3. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects without a proven playbook.
  4. Excellent presentation skills with a proven track record of presenting to large audiences, executives, and/or customers.
  5. Some quantitative and analytical experience coupled with a passion for measurement and metrics, proficiency in Excel and building ROI / TCO models a plus (but not required).

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
