*Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA's) for 1st SHIFT - Full-Time, M-F, No Weekends, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm; $19.00/hour includes shift diff.*
*Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA's) for 2nd SHIFT - Full-Time, M-F, No Weekends, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm; $22.00/hour, includes shift diff.*
*Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA's) for 3rd SHIFT - Full-Time, M-F, No Weekends, 10:30 pm – 7:00 am; $20.00/hour, includes shift diff.*
*WEEKEND PROGRAM:*
*DAY - 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday*
*NIGHT – 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, Saturday and Sunday*
*Work two 12 hour shifts at time and a half. Time and a half of our base rate = $27.00/hr. for the 24 hours. Every weekend with benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance; along with 401k, PTO and holiday pay.*

Zerbe Retirement Community, a family-owned and operated 87 bed Skilled Nursing facility along with Personal Care and Independent Living, has been serving the geriatric community since 1958. Must have patience, tactful, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm as well as willingness to handle difficult patients. Directly responsible for the provision of nursing care and services that maintain comfort, safety, physical and emotional well-being and personal dignity. Duties are performed under the supervision of professional nursing staff, per established facility guidelines and procedures and as mandated by regulations.
*Job Duties:*
· Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
· Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; recording intake and output information.
· Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients' call lights and requests; reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor.
· Provides patient hygiene.
· Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
· Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.
· Protects organization's value by keeping patient information confidential.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; attending monthly meetings; maintaining licensure.
· Enhances nursing department and home reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
